How Do Manjaro Linux Kernels Differ From Other Distributions?

But I was wondering how do the Manjaro Linux Kernels different from the likes of other distributions such as Ubuntu or Fedora.

For example, does the team include additional patches?

I know that F-Sync patches are now included since 5.7 but I wondered historically if that was the case?
