This is the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced. Every time I try to change a setting for example my refresh rate, manjaro gives me the option between 120hz and 60hz, when I choose 120hz, after i logout and log back in or restart, it just goes back to 60hz. When I try to change some windows settings like wobbly windows, It just doesn’t change at all even when I save it. It doesn’t even require for me to restart my pc, after I enable the settings, it has totally no effect. I’m on KDE Plasma. I am also experiencing screen tearing, using Intel GPU and CPU.
