videos not playing in default video player as well as third party soft vlc,smplayer etc..

All started when i pause and play the video.iam using manjaro cinnamon 18.1 with kernel 5.2.

I am new to linux.i like manjaro very much,it's been over a week every thing fine except this issue.
Issue fix itself if i reboot the system.However it keeps on comming, someone please help me on this.
