Video output freeze with system still running

When playing some games for some time, particularly if a video or stream is running on my second screen, the environment freezes, sound cuts off for a second, everything. Then sound starts playing again, a freeze frame of the last frame is displayed with some green and purple dots scattered here and there, sometimes there’s squares there too. The mouse is movable an the cursor also moves, with input being registered from the keyboard, through which I could open the terminal and save a log.

Yes I REISUB!

Important to note is that this problem started after spring.
Usually I just brushed the problem away, because it happened in these specific circuimstances.
However, I’ve now been able to continiously repeat the event without fail via Minecraft of all games.
Things to note from it:
Having an unlimited framerate and running it at 600fps makes the freeze happen faster, whilist having it lower delays it.
This seems to only happen in imported maps that I’ve created in World Painter.

How do I know this is a Driver or similar problem?
This doesn’t happen in my Windows dualboot.

I’ve also installed another instance of Manjaro on another Disk, and ran the same MultiMC file, to be greeted by the same event. So me reinstalling the OS wouldn’t help (afaik).

I’ve tried many fixes from this forum and the arch one aswell.
I’ve Disabled Global C staes, have PSU current as typical when idle, added a few boot options to the Grub that I do not remember outright, but will post when I get home.

That last parser line is then repeated 10 times every 5 seconds untill I REISUB

One time when switching Kernels it gave this as an extra, though it happened only once on 515 kernel:

elo 24 15:31:15 Tehosekoitin kernel: [drm:amdgpu_job_timedout [amdgpu]] *ERROR* ring gfx_0.0.0 timeout, but soft recovered

I’ve tried to figure out that Parser -125 error, but when tried fixing it last night with It just freezed to the last frame of the boot line.

Ofc I should’ve read beforehand what these did, but it was late into the night and I was very frustrated.
After I managed to remove this from the grub via my second manjaro system and got it to show video again, I just gave up and now I’m here writing this to this forum.

Hope that’s most of the information covered, let me know if more is needed.
Hopefully we can get this working, had to freeze a few passion projects to focus on this.

I have atleast worked out a patchwork.
While not perfect (Some games straight up refuse to function because they cannot load up graphics), it has fixed the immeditiate problem with minecraft specifically.

I basically just downgraded and then updated mesa drivers.
Also deleted the git version for good measure.

Now if any problems arise, I just downgrade and reupdate mesa and it works again.

Hello i have noticed, that i have similar setup:

I had frequent freezes. It all started after upgrade to mesa 21.1.3 version.
There is one workaround if you want to stay on that mesa version.
you can switch power profile mode to compute.

switching mode
echo «5» | sudo tee /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_power_profile_mode

checking mode
sudo nano /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_power_profile_mode

with compute profile mode system wont crash.

or you can downgrade mesa.
i hope it helps.
