It seems unlikely that you should be experiencing so many apparant problems with a new Manjaro installation; I note similar issues are discussed in your topic posted in the French language area of the forum;
Did you remember to check your Manjaro ISO for consistency after downloading it? Compare it to the checksum file (also available from the Downloads page).
