This problem occurs randomly on startups.#1 )#2 ). Weirdly enough though, if I use the system screenshot tool, it displays properly. (Seen in picture #3 )#4 ).

This issue can be temporarily fixed by rebooting for several times and restarting the monitor for several times.
The horizontal monitor is Dell P2419HC, and the vertical monitor is Dell U2414H.

One last piece of advice: You’re not on a Long Term Support kernel any more, as I’ve moved you to the fast track and you must keep installing newer Stable kernels as Stable kernels go EOL much faster than LTS ones.
