I have used this guide to install to a usb.
after reboot I am getting “Failed to mount /data” and Dependency failed for Local File system
I checked the UUID for sda5 and it looks correct.
I have another post here relating in how to get my wifi to work with this.
Remove the data partition from your fstab - it is not required to mount at boot.
Just a thought - if you really followed that guide then sdy5 is the encrypted partition and storage partition is sdy3.
