Sound stopped working after installing some software

Recently installed Manjaro and at first sight all was good, especially sound. But tonight after installing some applications my sound has gone. In settings I cant turn on my radeon sound card.

Wow after some time I discovered that sound which I had was from my headphones and it still works, so I can make conclusion that my sound from sound card without headphones never worked…

And its been a couple of time… Sound has appeared and who would know why… It seems it can be related to system working with my headphones because when I turned on bluetooth and connected to my ear devices then sound come and speakers work. Weird things but I guess it solved by itself
