GPU memory slowly filled with time, but i can’t understand where it gone, because no one process consume so much vram. At the end of day pc barely work and apps crushing, memory filled completely. Closing all programs doesnt clean vram.

I have a 960 GTX myself, and I can’t say I’ve ever experienced this. Or even heard of it.
However, I see you have tagged KDE, Nvidia and Wayland, and I think this is the reason for it. Nvidia and Wayland doesn’t get along AFAIK, and neither do KDE and Wayland, IIRC.
So basically, I suspect that’s why. Try with X, and see then.
