very likely one of the custom repos that you added - or each one of them

Most likely the Repo herecura and/or herecura-testing.

so the suggestion is to remove it?

Custom repositories are usually the first suspects, since they aren’t officially supported, as they can produce outcomes unexpected to the Manjaro team.

A more definitive response would involve reading your system logs.

sory i have look to this topic but can’t find any command useful to get information to solve the problem

removed the repositories but still got problem if upgrading:

sudo pacman -Syyuu

… why answer no to the question, two times even, when you in fact do want to proceed?

I just now realized that the situation is identical to your initial post, with the custom repos.
You answered “no” - there was no sign of a problem in the messages that you posted.

What is the actual problem? The text you have pasted shows no errors and you cancelled the transaction.

You restored this snapshot of the VM, then what is the output of:

  • inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --width
  • journalctl -p err -b

inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --width

This kernel is EOL and no longer in the repos. Try changing to 5.10 or 5.15

oh well i’ll try

kernel updated but same problem
i have to check if i have some package coming from other removed repo?

If kernel changed then it is not the same problem.
Please share outputs.

Just in case the steps were not clear, or you have leftover files, heres these:

i have now restored the VM snap so logs are before the update
