Even given a decades long experience with computers - I know that there is a lot, a huge pile of lots of things I don’t know.
This is just an idea - please accept it as that.
I have no experience with the kernel and drivers - so this is just a shot in dark and I have no idea if this has any relation - at all - before yesterday I haven’t even heard about split_lock.
