Got an error with chromium. It can’t open up now, this error shows up:
/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.68: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Are you fully up to date? chromium 90.0.4430.93-1 was built with icu 69.1.

You need to rebuild it against icu 69.
