Unable to use second drive in steam

Hello there. Im quite new to the Linuxcommunity so i might require some extra patience.
(!)I´m running Dualboot with Manjaro KDE and Windows 10 - if thats of any importance.

Lets cut to the case:
I tried setting up a Steam Library Folder on my second drive via the Steam Storage Manager.
Simply selecting the second drive results in the error message “Failed to add library Steam folder”
However once i try to setup a custom directory via the Steam Storage Manager, i get restricted to only my system partition.
Ive manually mounted the drives before starting steam, plus i fondled under strict control of a more arch-experienced friend with the /etc/fstab in an attempt to automount the desired drive in an attempt to fix it.
/etc/fstab now looks like this:

# <file system>             <mount point>  <type>  <options>  <dump>  <pass>
UUID=5C18-8704                            /boot/efi      vfat    umask=0077 0 2
UUID=1af2b394-f81a-4479-97e8-b7da21cc9ee6 /              ext4    defaults,noatime 0 1
UUID=76A2-3078  /mnt/SSD  exfat  defaults,nofail,discard  0   0

I´am very thankfull for any suggestions on how to fix it.

Greetings,

cholarry

Nope. Use Ext4 with GNU / Linux. exFAT does not have the proper permission structure.
