The community repository hasn’t existed for over a year. The fact that it still appears in your configuration suggests that you have not been attending to required maintenance tasks as they become evident.
Making a habit of reading each Update Announcement would have gone a long way toward avoiding complications as a result.
Choose Y to remove kcodecs5 when you get to this, or any similar instances.
You can try:
sudo pacman-mirrors --continent && sudo pacman -Syu
to see if sorting mirrors will produce better results.
Additionally, make sure mirrors are actually accessible and updated:
