After several downloads, I think my hard drive became full, and now I’m unable to log in. I have a Manjaro bootable flash drive ready and have also attached a screenshot of the error. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

You will probably need to chroot in
Afterwards theres a number of things you can do … one would be to clear out the cache of all but the last 2 entries:
paccache -rvk2
And all entries of uninstalled packages:
paccache -rvuk0
