Cannot update due to dependency break

Hi guys, Im new to manjaro and I want to update my system… Im running the following command sudo pacman -Syu but apparently it give me: error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies) :: installing expat (2.4.7-1) breaks dependency ‘expat=2.4.4’ required by lib32-expat :: installing qt5-base (5.15.3+kde+r133-1) breaks dependency ‘qt5-base<5.15.3’ required by manjaro-settings-manager Google dont help me much in this scenario.
