Unable to create trashing into file

Hello.
I installed the ISO Full Image “manjaro-gnome-22.1.0-230421-linux61”
I have an error that says “Unable to create trashing into file”
I tried to delete a file on an external drive connected via usb.
I tried deleting one (1) file from the root folder of the drive, it didn’t work. Then I tried inside a folder and that didn’t work either. Both the file and the folder have full permissions.

Then you have not sufficient permissions to delete the file.
Try the same as root.
