Unable to build/install gcc9

Trying to install with Lmod/EasyBuild

but here I am stuck due to dependencies not available:

Install one of'libibverbs-dev', 'libibverbs-devel', 'rdma-core-devel'

I want to install the foss-toolchain using Lmod/EasyBuild with this command: eb --prefix $PATH_MODULES -Dr foss-2020a.eb because I need a GCC9-environment for development which cannot be installed with AUR-helpers, but that’s another story … Now I have the issue that EasyBuild quits with this error: ERROR: Failed to process easyconfig /tmp/bastian/eb_tmp/easybuild/easyconfigs/u/UCX/UCX-1.8.0-GCCcore-9.3.0.eb: One or more OS dependencies were not found: [('libibverbs-dev', 'libibverbs-devel…
