those logs show that the nvidia hardware is not being detected, since you disabled in bios, those are normal logs in this case…
try again disable intel and enable nvidia in bios, and see if you get still stuck… and try entering into the tty in the stuck screen by pressing: ctrl+alt+f2 - or f1-f6
Yes with nvidia GPU I can enter to tty2-tty6 login. tty1 I can’t because it’s grub.

and edit the modules section to look like this:

save it with: ctrl+x, and run this:
sudo mkinitcpio -P
reboot and see if it helped
I have a similar issue regularly. This usually happens to me when Manjaro tries to upgrade Kernel versions. Let’s say you upgrade from 5.18 to 5.19. Manjaro removes the linux-nvidia-5.18 driver package for the GPU drivers but fails to install the new 5.19 drivers. Usually it spits out a warning when it does that so I am primed on that this is about to happen.
In my case I am usually able to fix the issue by going into a TTY and manually downloading the appropriate package. Either that or I go into the LTS kernel and try my luck there.

does it shows you some logs about tigervnc?
I choose boot device from F11 boot select menu, choose the proper Manjaro drive, enter LUKS password, then “Slot 0 opened” (takes longer than usual) then the pc logo flashes 7 times and stays still.
Did that but not fixed yet. Still same issue. I’m pretty sure /etc/mkinitcpio.conf is unrelated.
I’m downgrading from unstable to testing and see what happens.
I’ve downgraded to testing and now the grub menu appears but doesn’t boot to desktop, still the pc logo issue, will try to downgrade to stable and check again.
Changing from testing to stable does nothing. Says Starting full system upgrade nothing to do.

From unstable to testing no xorg* package got downgraded. So weird.
Finally got it working in testing branch. Just removed tigervnc from ctrl-alt-f2 and now I get to sddm. Clearly there is a bug with tigervnc and Xorg it’s already stated in the logs I provided.
Can somebody install it and test that doesn’t work?
Upgraded from testing to unstable branch and everything went perfect without tigervnc, so 100% it’s the culprit here. Can somebody install it and enable and start it from systemd and check after reboot if has the same issue?
