Umask change in /etc/profile

pacdiff showed me /etc/profile.pacnew where this was missing

Set our umask

umask 022

do i need that umask 022 . Found some infos in forum that i don’t understand

I checked /etc/login.defs and its in there, so i remove it as well in /etc/profile

I’m too old now to get familair with PAM and such :slight_smile:

I’m not familiar with it. However, I do follow the Testing Updates announcements, even on the stable branch, so that I know what’s going on…
