Please provide the output of inxi -Fza and xrandr --verbose (while both monitors are plugged in).

Are your monitors plugged into a laptop? Into the motherboard? Or into your dGPU directly?
Also, on KDE Plasma, if you go to “Displays”, you can check if both monitors show up there as well.
yes two monitor is detected only one have image my two monitor is plugged on my AMD RX 570 Sapphire one on HDMI and one in DVI
I have a similar problem. My laptop’s external monitor only works for three seconds after being turned on then I can’t get any image at all.
I tried to run the inxi -Fza and xrandr --verbose commands but cannot post it because “no links are allowed”.
Hope you can help me.
You are not supposed to link to them, you are supposed to copy the output of the inxi command and then post that in the thread, but do format the posted code with the </> button.
I try install fresh manjaro and post what xrandr done after today
May be I was not clear enough. I cannot post the results of the commands because the forum doesn’t allow me to do so because they are recognized as a link.
I tried placing </> before and after the output of the command but didn’t work. Can you give some more specific instructions (baby steps!) please?

I thought you said you have installed Manjaro, is there a reason why you’re posting from a LiveCD? Also, the LiveCD you’re using is pretty old. I can tell because:
Kernel 5.6 has been discontinued for a while.
It shows that you have a monitor connected to HDMI and DVI-D. Which one is the one that is working right now? And which one is the black screen?

hmm ok i have take lastest on manjaro website… and i not have installed for check if i can have my two monitor first for your question hdmi one work fine just dvi to hdmi no image found
Huh… you’re right. You are on the latest LiveISO. I guess Manjaro team hasn’t made a new ISO with the newer kernels unfortunately. My mistake.
If you have both plugged in, do both monitors come up in “Display Configuration”? You can find this by clicking on the Manjaro Icon (or click on Windows key), then type in “Display”. If they are both there, can you make sure if “Enabled” is checked for both?

Else: What happens when you unplug your HDMI one, and only use the DVI to HDMI, then boot into the LiveISO?
Also, do both monitors work fine on Windows?
ok after reboot and look if DVI work with HDMI one disconnect the DVI have no image same when i look at display configuration i have my HDMI Enabled and Primary and DVI Enabled only and on window 10 my two monitor work fine when i have past xrandr line i have look amdgpu FAILED its normal
