Two different hunspell dictionaries at the same time

Hello,

is it possible to have spell checking in two different languages at the same time?
Firefox, Geary or LibreOffice, it’s always just the current selected system language working, but i need english spell checking too.

Currently installed language packages:

firefox-i18n-de
gimp-help-de
hunspell-de
hyphen-de
libreoffice-still-de
man-pages-de

firefox-i18n-en-us
gimp-help-en
hunspell-en_us
hyphen-en
libreoffice-still-en-gb

So my system language is german but how can i get english spell checking too?

Hello,

In Firefox you can set the Check Spelling and have multiple languages enabled

On LinreOffice you can activate spell check based on how the document is set on the bottom line, right click on that and see more. Not possible to check simultaneously more languages in the same document AFAIK.

Not using Geary, so i don’t know about it.

So i thought it must be possible so set this in the gnome desktop settings or the manjaro settings for all installed applications at once. That would be great…

But having double spell checking at least in Firefox and Libreoffice is good enough for the first. Thank you!
