I am trying to install spotify through the pacman installation gui and aur but when the install always fail with this code, can someone help? i am very new to linux in general.

Regarding the error you’re getting, see the pinned comment in the AUR page of Spotify.
Run the above command in a terminal window first and then proceed with the installation of spotify using Pamac (or any AUR helper).
