Try out KDE on a Manjaro-Gnome install

Hi, I have installed the Gnome edition of Manjaro. I would like to just try out KDE DE for a short while, without having to reinstall a different flavour of Manjaro, or using a live USB.

Is there any way I can do this keeping my current installation, and all my programs/configurations intact ?

Normally this could be done best by

  1. using a live ISO,
  2. running it in a VirtualBox or
  3. installing it in a small partition (of let’s say 25 GiB).

Don’t think about installing the KDE DE in parallel, you will regret it later-on.
