From your previous posts i see you are using video-hybrid-intel-nvidia-450xx-prime
Because of that, the nvidia.conf is empty, i think
Probably could have it as described here PRIME - ArchWiki
and then add
Option "TripleBuffer" "On"
to the last Section, but that will not help unless you also make Kwin use the triplebuffer as explained here
