Hello i wan to try to set triplebuffering on, but where i could do it? I went to /etc/X11/mhwd.d/ and open nvidia.conf, but there is a nothing.
How to switch on triplebuffering? I have often strange fps drops while gaming. I have same experience while i use Windows 10 on my laptop, but triplebuffering usually solve my issue. Thank you

From your previous posts i see you are using video-hybrid-intel-nvidia-450xx-prime
Because of that, the nvidia.conf is empty, i think
Probably could have it as described here PRIME - ArchWiki
and then add
Option "TripleBuffer" "On"
to the last Section, but that will not help unless you also make Kwin use the triplebuffer as explained here
