Transfer /boot and /boot/efi and root partitions to new ssd please help me

hello recently I add new ssd to my laptop so now I wanna transfer some partitions to ssd like /boot and /boot/efi and root partition I use efi mode and also I want to install windows on ssd too please help me TNX
