Tp-link UB500 doesn't work

Hello,
I recently bought a tp-link UB500 dongle. It does not work on my pc. I travel the web to find the solution but I don’t find it. I have however found sometimes about a compiling of a modules from the kernel but I did not succeed to do it.
Thank’s for everyone who try to help me :grinning:

Here is the system informations:

put it into usb and post formated output from: inxi -Fazy

:+1: Welcome to Manjaro! :+1:

  1. Please read this:
    [HowTo] Provide System Information
and press the three dots below your post and press the :pencil2: to give us more information so we can see what’s really going on.
Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…
  2. An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
Also, please copy-paste that output in-between 3 backticks ``` at the beginning and end of the code/text.

The driver has been included since the 5.15.4 kernel, see

hello, I currently use the 5.17.6-1-MANJARO kernel version and it’s not actually fix for me…

you can try installing rtl8761usb from aur

There’s an improvement. I can now active the Bluetooth in the settings. So, the dongle is now detected. However, I can’t scan devices. Here is the Bluetooth service, maybe it will help you:
