Touchpad pad area does not work but physical buttons working on ideapad slim 5

I recently installed Manjaro/xfce. Everything is fine but I noticed that my touchpad pad area does not work with single or double clicks and I have to press physical buttons to select anything.
Scrolling functions fine with touchpad.(DEVICE NAME - MSFT0001:01 04F3:3140 Touchpad)
I have installed manjaro on dual boot with windows 10 and latter has no such problems after installation of manjaro.
I am complete noob with Linux so I don’t know any config settings. Is there any? PLEASE HELP ME OUT…

Sorry for the delay,
Regarding more info, I don’t think I have any on this issue, my problem is just that how a normal touchpad works like you place a cursor on the buttons like ‘x’ , minimize or on icons you single tap on pad for single click or double tap for double click to access folders, files etc. – this way mine is not working.

Buttons at the bottom of touchpad only works - press on bottom left corner for selection and on bottom right corner for additional options.
Scrolling works by sliding using two fingers.

:+1: Welcome to Manjaro! :+1:

  1. Please read this:
    [HowTo] Provide System Information
and press the three dots below your post and press the :pencil2: to give us more information so we can see what’s really going on.
Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…
  2. An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
Also, please copy-paste that output in-between 3 backticks ``` at the beginning and end of the code/text.

I have provided the details of my system in my post. Please provide me with the solution…
