Hi guys, i’m new on manjaro ( just installed it). Today i got my new laptop, it is a lenovo ideapad 5 14" with ryzen 5 4500u, i’m guessing the main problem is the incompatibility with my CPU. I want to know if anybody experienced the same problem if can get my some more information and eventually lead me to a solution.

welcome to the forum. by the title of your query, you have issues with touchpad. just check if you have synaptics installed.

and post some more information so we can see what’s really going on. Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…
An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host would be the minimum required information… (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
