Well I dunno… But the Tor Brower ARM ports developer states he develops and tests it using Debian Buster and Stretch… He doesn’t talk about Raspberry Pi OS - or Debian Bullseye.
Armbian is also Debian based though… So I don’t know why it wouldn’t work there, then.
Actually Armbian identifies itself as Ubuntu based.

Back when I looked into Armbian it was Debian based (jessie I believe at the time).
Yep, by the name I would have expected a Debian base, but I’ve noticed it downloads its updates from some Ubuntu LTS repo…
