Error after latest upgrade Manjaro (Xfce)

After gui/cli upgrade I’ve got a strange error:

GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnkonw ‘org.xfce.Panel was not provided by any .service files’

Result was I couldn’t start my xfce panel any longer.
And the Display settings seemed also to do more strange than before. (I’m working with two screens, and I couldn’t move windows to the other screen any longer).

Does anyone know what caused that error & these problems?

Update:

I’ve found a solution for my problem:
The last time I tried to upgrade my manjaro-xfce system it gave me this error:

looking for conflicting packages...
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: jre-openjdk-headless and jre-openjdk are in conflict

I followed this website comments and figured out this way how to fix:

sudo pacman -S jre-openjdk
when I was asked to remove jre-openjdk I did 
(can also be done directly with this command: sudo pacman -R jre-openjdk)

sudo pacman -S jdk-openjdk
I got an error about this package with corrupt GPG key so I did do this:
sudo rm -rf /var/cache/pacman/pkg/cuda-12.3.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst.part
But that didn't help the issue (so far).

Continued by these commands:
sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring
sudo pacman -Q archlinux-keyring; sudo pacman -Ss archlinux-keyring
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux
sudo pacman -S archlinux-keyring



Don't know if this was really neccessary but I've red somewhere to edit the following lines:

After a successful reboot I’ve edited /etc/pacman.conf again to how it was before

You still have plenty of .pacnew files to deal with, because the Community repo was dropped months ago already and it’s still in your /etc/pacman.conf.

pacdiff -o

… will show you how many .pacnew files you have. These files must not be ignored, nor must they be blindly copied over the existing configuration files. You must compare them side by side and adapt your configuration files to what the .pacnew files introduce — see the pertinent page at the Arch Wiki.
