Timeshift on btrfs root (can't boot)

I installed I new kernel I didn’t keep the old one (but I have a timeshift snapshot I would like to go back to) because of some firmware bug I cant boot my system. there is no working kernel there. Im on manjaro usb live now. There is no information on the internet for this or someone hijacked google I have look everywhere. How can I use my timeshift snapshot? there is on info.json file and “@” folder?

sudo timeshift --restore --target /dev/sda4 --btrfs

that seem to be the command, there is no documentation only a manual, supper weird syntax. ■■■■ me
