What should be done to have maximised browser window with opened url from thunderbird message? Now when I click on url in the message body in Thunderbird browser opens minimized in lower panel. I have KDE Plasma.

Set a Window Rule to always open your browser full screen. You’ll have to play around with the selection criteria, but it can be done this way. I’ve got my Firefox to Always open maximized on the same monitor, so it works.
The Window rule can be set in System Settings → Window Management → Window Rules:
