Third screen stopped working

Hi everyone,
I suddenly have the issue that only two screens are working. I have 3, one is connected via DisplayPort, one via HDMI and one via a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. The One connected via DisplayPort always works.
The login screen is also shown on all 3 but once I am logged in (Wayland or X11 doesn’t matter) one of the two others will not work.
I tried multiple different port combinations and there seems to be a hierarchy as to which one will work. The ports on their own and on Windows work fine, but together in Manjaro not. There was no update or anything, I just turned one of the monitors off the other day and when I turned it back on the problem started.

My specs:

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.10.0-3-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Processor
Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
Product Name: X570 AORUS PRO
System Version: -CF

I hope someone can help me here.
Thanks in advance
Edit: I already tried using Kernel 6.9 instead, but it didn’t change anything.

HDMI 2.1 specification is not fully supported by the open source amdgpu driver due HDMI is proprietary. If you screens are 4k or need DSC, you will be out of luck here. DisplayPort is an open standard is fully supported.

Hello and welcome to the Manjaro Community. Sorry your post wasn’t seen before.

I guess you’ve checked in Display Settings and that only two of the three are visible/selectable there? (There used to be checkboxes for “Remember display configuration…” but I don’t think they are there now).

The ones that are problematic are both 1080p. Also, they fully worked before. There was no update or anything, it just stopped working. In the login screen, all 3 are active as well. Only once the desktop loads, one turns off.

Yes, the third one doesn’t show up in the settings. If I do xrandr --query however, the third screen is shown.

I have the same problem is it possible to aktivate the third display? At startup it shows all. After enter the login screen it shut down the third display.

I have found a solution.
Install with
sudo pacman -S arandr
this is the gui to configure Xrand.
You can reactivate the third screen under output devices.
I hope it worked for you
