Two different configurations of gnome

Now I taken back my old monitor from my child and so I attached it to my laptop running manjaro with gnome and when I am at home I finally have a good resolution on my desk!

I would like to have two different accommodations for gnome when at home and when I use the monitor of laptop: is there an automatic way, for example an extension or similar?

I have a simple xrandr script to choose monitor setup depending where I am.
