Thinkpad t14s quiet audio on 100%

So i’m running a thinkpad t14s on kernel 5.8 and the audio is really quite seems to quite for this laptop so then i connected some airpods pro and the audio was really quite to so i’m guessing it’s a driver issue or something anyone know?

Try alsamixer an see the levels of the outputs

how do you use it?

Hi!
It’s a cli app, run alsamixer in a tty, pulse f6 to choose the output and the arrow keys to slide up and down and choose channel
