There is a way to scale multiple SVG images at once?

Hi,
I need to update my personal icon theme. I updated the 24x24 SVG icons, and now I have to dirt my hands with the other sizes.
It’s a bunch of (boring) work to do, so I need an easy way to resize multiple SVG images at once

This doesn’t work for me
I also tried
mogrify -resize 22x22 *.svg
and
convert -resize 22x22 *.svg

But it made all the images black and unrecognizable
