No, still wrong. No sudo is necessary for user services.
as last ditch effort try load the module by creating file /etc/modprobe.d/sound-card-module.conf
containing following and reboot;
options snd-hda-intel model=auto
still nothing man

try alsamixer in a terminal use f6 to use your sound card make sure nothing is muted
Press f6 and choose your sound card
I would guess spdif perhaps connects to pro audio, can you in pavucontrol select spdif?

Maybe I am wrong, but snd_hda_intel might be wrong here… your sound card needs the driver:
sof-audio-pci-intel-cnl
Since kernel 5.12 … so use 5.15
but from what I see:
snd_hda_intel
is loaded since the alternative would be: snd_sof_pci
what indicates that the firmware is not there.
Anything in the journal?
journalctl --boot 0 --dmesg --no-pager
journalctl --boot 0 --dmesg --grep snd --no-pager
