the shortcut ‘alt + é’ don’t work in any app ( edge and Mozilla and visual studio code these the app I’ve use and have problem with ) I’ve try to assign this shortcut to other action in the shortcut menu but the same happen it’s didn’t recognize it at all

However, alt+e usually activates the menu bar…
In Firefox, Alt+E pulls up the edit menu.
I don’t know about ‘edge’ or ‘Mozilla’.
You are using a shortcut with é which I think could be the reason.
Applications work fine with the alte but not with alté as this is not the same.
