The Chinese Characters are too large on the settings menu
[Files(F)] [Edit(E)] [View(V)] [Settings(S)] [Help(H)]
Especially on VS Code.(I mean that they are too large relative to the height of the settings bar. It cannot be solved by fixing DPI)
设置栏，就那个“文件 编辑 预览 设置 帮助”的顶栏，中文字体太大都要溢出栏框了，VS Code尤其如此，DPI也不能调，因为是同步变化的
