Text color is too bright too read when window is focused

I tried to use virtualbox but the text color is too bright to read ( light gray on white background ). But this does not only occur in virtualbox but I have seen this problem in other applications too.

Hello, if I’m correct, it’s a Qt application.

Try changing to a dark theme into Kvantum.
