Fail to boot Manjaro

Hi. Recently I tried to update Manjaro and my laptop fails to boot after that. I see these messages: “/boot/vmlinuz-5-15-x86-64” and “you need to load the kernel first”. I go to the GRUB command line and type in the command mhwd-kernel -li. It answers: can’t find command ‘mhwd-kernel’. I enter sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux510 (I found such an advice in this forum). It answers: can’t find command ‘sudo’. Can I cope with this some way?

you need to chroot from manjaro live usb:
manjaro-chroot -a
rerun update again, and if there are no errors reinstall your kernels
