Check this comment (on 2021-06-16 14:37) in the AUR page of the said package. It mentions an incorrect path to the install-tl on line 29.

If you’re using Pamac to install the package, you can edit the PKGBUILD file before the installation process.

No. It didn’t work. I’ve tried nearly all from that comment.
