gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons
the pkgver 19.10.1 ship with an hook to remove the capability from gnome-shell. A message is present during install but essentially you need to reboot the system to show correctly the icons in the desktop. More info here

no issues! finally pamac 9 again, pamac 8 always gives me headache xD (freezing while updating the mirrors or failed downloads etc). pamac 9 runs stable for me.

Updated my Unstable & Testing VMs. All good, & Pamac 9 now plays nicely with AUR.

No issues here with Gnome 3.34.1 and Pamac 9.0 rc4.
AUR works fine.

No issues for now on xfce. Update of an AUR package through pamac-gtk went fine.

Gnome 3.34.1, Pamac 9.0 rc4 and kernel 5.3.5-1 running fine on my desktop without issues.

update went fine, all dkms packages were built so that seems fixed as well. :+1:

No issue here on Gnome 3.34.1 in a VM on the Manjaro side. The overall feel is much snappier than before. Everything works great. Now if the developers of the Panel OSD extension would update it to work with 3.34.x, life would be perfect.

I just changed to testing - updated - 453 updates 1393mb fine and then changed to kernel 5.3.5-1-MANJARO

Sweet as, no issues - Manjaro KDE

Pamac 9.0.0rc4-2. Mark as explicitly installed button doesn't work.

Update went great, keeping my eye out for anything that might happen on my machine
So far I have tested installing from AUR, Snaps, and Flatpak's all packages I tried to install, completed with no messages besides complete.
