Terminal UI setup

Hello all I have been looking through lots of forums not able to get what I am seeking was wondering if someone could assist me as I am fairly an average beginner in Linux to make my Terminal display like with all my PC info from when you open it up like below:

Check the neofetch config - it is well documented.

If you just want to run neofetch then edit your .bashrc and add the neofetch command.
