I have recently had an issue where if I don’t log in to WoW/Battle.net with a VPN I get all sorts of issues in-game like not being able to queue for content or interact with NPC’s
My traceroute/MTR to 185.60.112.157 tells me that I’m getting packetloss and high pings from:
xe-0-0-1-br01-cthz1.blizzardonline.net (137.221.64.0/19)
et-0-0-3-br01-eqam1.as57976.net (137.221.64.0/19)
for 185.60.112.158 the server doesn’t respond (last host “gives waiting for reply”) .
185.60.112.159 is fine(?).
I know there is a prevalent issue of Linux systems being blackholed for a while.
I also made a post on the Arch forums, and the Blizzard forums, not that I expect much to come out of it.
