Temperature and Fan Speed

Hello all, I have a feeling my fans are not working after installing Manjaro Gnome on my HP Laptop.
I just typed “sensors” into Terminal hoping it would tell me the CPU Temperature and whether the fan is running or not. Can anyone tell me what the text I took from Terminal below means, and if I should be worried?
