I have an old Dell Optiplex-390 desktop and it has been this way from day one, which was 2020/06/06. I was hoping that it will fix itself eventually after each update, but it never did! system won’t reboot. I always have to shut it down and start it after each update. Any solution to fix this?
It gets stuck here:

what about this? did you disable it and tested with the commands if it returns ‘0’?
