System suddenly lags one boot then gets worse every boot

I’m familiar with Ventoy, but it doesn’t change much as I don’t need multiple ISOs. I have a dedicated bootable Manjaro KDE minimal USB as that’s my only daily driver, as sometimes it’s useful for other things than simply installing too.

Whenever I do a fresh install, just write the new version over it (unless I would have no device to do so with, then I use the old version still on it). Since I don’t need other ISOs ready, it doesn’t really matter if I update Ventoy or the just the Manjaro USB.
