System stuck at "Started Network Manager Script Dispatcher Service" on boot up

I have a freshly made and validated manjaro-architect iso installed on a flash drive

When I boot from usb, I get all the regular messages on the boot screen that shows all the drives being mounted and processes being initialized.

when it gets to “Started Network Manager Script Dispatcher Service”, it just hangs.

I left it there for 3 hours and it didn’t move.

Hi and welcome to the forum :+1:

Maybe you perceive it as a hang, are you able to get at a different terminal screen using:

  • CTRL+ALT+Fn where Fn=F1->F12

If you can then it is an issue with your graphics driver or some other problem related to starting your window manager.
